Welcome to Peekhaus. By creating an account or using the Peekhaus app or website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Community Rules below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Who can use Peekhaus
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, boards, listings, and text you post. By posting, you grant Peekhaus a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and share that content within the Service so it works as intended. Only post content you have the right to share, and don’t post anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
Real estate disclaimer
Peekhaus helps you discover homes, plan changes, and connect with agents. Listings, valuations, market figures, and AI-generated visuals are for information and inspiration only — they are not appraisals, offers, or professional, legal, or financial advice. Verify details with a licensed professional before making decisions.
AI features
AI “vision” images and answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unrealistic. They are concepts, not renderings or guarantees of any outcome.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service — no scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with others’ use, or using it to break the law. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or the Community Rules.
Text messages (SMS/MMS)
By providing your phone number or by interacting with our messages — including clicking a link in an email from us — you consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from us and our affiliated brands (HomeAuction, Sell My Home Market, PeekHaus, FindARealtor, and SoCal Realty & Investments) at the number provided, including via autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not text you until you have taken one of the actions above.
Cookies
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and measure engagement. By continuing to use the site or accepting our consent banner, you agree to our use of cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Termination & changes
You can stop using Peekhaus anytime. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Community Rules
Peekhaus has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. To keep the community safe and useful, you agree not to post or do any of the following:
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, or targeting anyone based on who they are.
- Sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Spam, scams, fraud, or misleading listings and information.
- Impersonating another person, agent, or business.
- Sharing others’ private information without permission.
- Discrimination that violates fair-housing laws.
You can report content or block a user from within the app. We review reports and remove violating content and the users who post it, typically within 24 hours. Serious violations result in immediate removal.
